Mr. Johnson, My name is David Pusey, my Wife is Sandra. We have been camping for several years now. We did not buy our unit from you but from our dealings from your company, we wish we had. We have used your service dept. and from the moment we contacted the service dept. we were kept informed,asked by Dale and by the service tech. if the work was done to our approval. The service tech. had to send off the inverter and have it repaired. He wired the coach so we could keep camping, and explained everything to us. Dale even filed all insurance claims for us. What a relief. During our stay at your Marion Center we were always told hello,hi,and asked if we needed help,by everyone,even the lady that cleans. The food was great and was at a price that was great. Everyone is so cheerful and willing to help. We were hunted down by a sales person that was assigned to us.(we walk alot, how did he keep up and find us? haha) He just wanted to let us know that if we needed anything that he was our contact at T.J. No pressure attack. That was nice. Our coach was fixed and the service was what we expect, and even more than we expected. When we are in this area we will only use the service dept. at T.J. We will buy our next coach only from you also. To all of the employees of T.J. thanks for the family welcome, see you next time. Just picked up my new American Eagle last night at Tom Johnson Camping on Concord, NC. IT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! When Kenny and I got to the dealership to pick it up, we were treated like royalty. Everyone at Tom Johnson's made us feel like family that had just returned after being away for a long time. Fleetwood had representation from the Indiana plant also there to greet us and assure we were happy with our new purchase. It was all so remarkable and a pleasure. Tim and I would like to thank you for being such a great person and great salesman. From the first time we met you, we liked you. It was a funny situation how everything came together because if we where 5 minutes later, the camper would have been in Bristol. We have our first trip planned to where Tim has land leased so he can go hunting, of course. We are in the process of getting it stocked and this has been part of the fun too. Good morning Mark! Mike was great yesterday, as was the rest of the crew. I ended up purchasing the Rockwood trailer and am so excited to start using it. I canceled my motel room at the beach in a couple weeks and am online now researching campgrounds in the Outer Banks so we can take the camper...should be great fun! Thanks again for a great experience for my first camper purchase...I've been told that pop-ups are the "gateway drug" to RV-ing so chances are you've not seen the last of me! K.S. |

I am writing to tell you that once again I am extremely pleased with the service I received at your Concord, NC facility, in particular, Mssrs. Clayton Roach and Bobby Symmons. This is the second time I've had the good fortune of having Clayton repair my coach. He is by far the most expert and thorough technician I've ever seen. From the time I called for an appointment a week ago Bobby could not have been more congenial. Because of these two guys this is the only place I want to have my coach serviced.
